Bicyclist hit, killed in Spartanburg County Friday morning, troopers say
A bicyclist died when they were hit by a truck Friday morning in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. The crash happened just before 6 a.m. on Hwy. 29 near Cherry Hill Road. The South Carolina Highway Patrol said both the bicycle and a truck were headed north on Highway 29 when the truck hit the bicyclist. The bicyclist died at the scene. He was identified as Toby Dean Mabry, 47, of Cowpens.
