8 x 20-second hill sprints. I did them during my last mile of my run yesterday and immediately regretted every decision that led me there.
Brooke and Knox finished up their week at a BYU soccer camp. After 11-hour days of playing soccer in the sun, they were officially toast.
Has anyone else ever had their child on their lap and then asked everyone around them where the child was? I did that with Beck yesterday, and it felt pretty silly.
