David Fisher and his son Felix were given a “Lifesaving Citizen Award” by Mayor Scott Willis, of Westfield, Indiana, after they used their jump rope skills to save a 19-year-old man and his dog who fell into an icy pond in December. Fisher joins “Morning in America” and says he never thought his jump rope skills would be able to save someone’s life.
