Students at Jupiter Elementary School received bicycles for reaching their reading goals, thanks to the nonprofit Roots and Wings based in Delray Beach. The organization aims to support and encourage children’s reading skills through its Project Uplift program, which provides students with the tools they need to achieve reading proficiency.
