MADISON CO., Ala. (WAFF) – A Madison man riding a bicycle was killed in an accident on Sunday night.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency officials say 37-year-old Samuel M. Riley was injured when the bike he was riding was hit by a 2024 Jeep Wrangler driven by a 41-year-old Madison man.
Riley was transported to Huntsville Hospital but later passed away.
The crash happened on Balch Road near Moore Street in Madison.
