Equipment Needed
- Kettlebell (kb)

The Workout
- 50 Kettlebell Swings: Swing the kettlebell up to shoulder height, engaging your core and lower body. Homer would definitely approve of the power in this move.
- 25 Power Punches: Throw 25 strong punches, visualizing Homer’s famous “D’oh!” as you strike. This will boost your cardio and upper body strength.
- 50 Kettlebell Clean & Press: Clean the kettlebell to your shoulder, then press it overhead. This compound move targets multiple muscle groups.
- 25 Power Punches: Another set of powerful punches. Keep that energy up!
- 50 Kettlebell Swings: Another round to really work those hips, glutes, and shoulders.
- 25 Power Punches: Finish strong with a final round of punches. Imagine Homer’s encouragement!
- 10 Supermans: Lie on your stomach and lift your arms and legs off the ground, squeezing your back muscles. Strengthen your core and feel like a superhero, just like Bart’s comic book heroes.
