HONOLULU – The fourth-ranked University of Hawai’i men’s volleyball team, winners of its first eight matches of the season – will host No. 9 Stanford in a two-match, non-conference series, Wednesday, Feb. 5 and Friday, Feb. 7 at SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center. First serve is 7:00 p.m. each night. The Rainbow Warriors (8-0) will look to continue its recent dominance over the Cardinal (3-3) having won the last 11 match-ups in the series.

  • Hawai’i leads the all-time series 50-38, including a 31-11 mark in Honolulu.
  • UH has won the last 11 matches in the series dating back to 2017. Nine of the 11 wins were in straight sets.
  • UH has won nine straight over the Cardinal in Honolulu dating back to 2013 with its last loss occurring Feb. 1, 2013.

  • UH has a 37-match win streak in the month of February dating back to the 2019 season. Of the 37 wins, 22 occurred at home. Hawai’i’s last loss in February was against UC Irvine, Feb. 25, 2018 at SimpliFi Arena.
