APA is excited to announce it has partnered with Kamui Billiard Products.
Kamui is now the “official tip sponsor of the APA,” and will be an official sponsor of all APA major championships including the APA Poolplayer Championships, the U.S. Amateur Championship and the APA World Pool Championships, the world’s largest pool tournament.
“We’re very excited to welcome Kamui as a sponsor. They are an industry leader in high-quality tips and other products, and we believe they are a great fit for APA,” said APA President Greg Fletcher.
“At Kamui, we envision a future where people from the United States, and all over the world, will be more connected and united in a respectable way through the sport of billiards, and our partnership with the APA continues to move us in that direction, said the Kamui team.
Kamui believes “stability” and “reliability” are important elements for serious players and are also cornerstones for top of the line cue tips. Through multiple quality control and quality improvement layers, Kamui promises performance and consistency in its products.
The APA, based in Lake Saint Louis, Mo., sanctions the world’s largest amateur pool league, known as the APA Pool League throughout the United States, and as the Canadian Pool League in Canada. Over 250,000 members compete in weekly 8-Ball and 9‑Ball League play.
The APA is generally recognized as the Governing Body of Amateur Pool, having established the official rules, championships, formats and handicap systems for the sport of amateur billiards.
The APA produces three major tournaments—the APA World Pool Championships, the APA Poolplayer Championships and the U.S. Amateur Championship—that, together, pay out nearly $2 Million in cash and prizes annually!
The APA and its championships are sponsored by Aramith, Action Cues, DIAMOND Billiard Products Inc., PoolDawg.com and Kamui.
